About the Role

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, NLP, and cloud-native AI development. The role involves working on cutting-edge Agentic AI platforms, Voice AI, Conversational AI, Document Intelligence, and AI automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business applications.
• Build and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) powered applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or similar models.
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
• Build AI Agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Develop NLP solutions including text classification, summarization, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and document intelligence.
• Build Voice AI applications involving Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and conversational AI.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize ML models for accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Deploy AI services using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Integrate AI services with REST APIs and enterprise applications.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI pipelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, and frontend teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle and production deployment.
• Experience delivering AI applications in production environments.
