Social Media Content Creator / Media Assistant

AIO Media is looking for a creative, reliable, and motivated Social Media Content Creator / Media Assistant to join our New York team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating content, filming, editing, helping with social media, and being involved in real brand campaigns.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment and can help bring ideas to life through photo, video, graphics, and social content.

Responsibilities

Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms

Assist with photo and video shoots at client locations

Help create social media posts, graphics, and basic marketing materials

Edit videos using apps like CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools

Assist with content planning, storytelling, and creative ideas

Help organize content, files, and project materials

Support the team with social media scheduling and campaign execution

Communicate professionally with the AIO Media team and clients when needed

What We’re Looking For

Experience with social media, content creation, photography, or video production

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar creative tools

Strong eye for visuals, storytelling, and current social media trends

Reliable, organized, and able to manage time well

Comfortable working on location in New York

Able to take direction but also bring creative ideas to the table

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Experience

Photography or videography experience

Short-form video editing experience

Social media internship or marketing experience

Experience creating graphics for emails, Instagram, or promotional campaigns

Background in digital media, film, marketing, or communications
