Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Assistant. The HR Assistant will support daily human resources operations, including managing HR information systems, benefits administration, and assisting with employee training programs. Key responsibilities include facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating benefits enrollment, and helping to create and implement HR policies. The role will also involve providing support to the HR team in organizational development and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Human Resources (HR) and HR Management processes
• Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration procedures
• Skills in creating, implementing, and supporting Training programs
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in HR
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is a plus
