Location: Remote - Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Type: Full Time

Our Client is seeking a .NET Developer (Remote) to contribute to cutting-edge AI model development by improving the quality, accuracy, and reasoning capabilities of large language models. This is a unique opportunity for experienced developers who are passionate about programming and interested in shaping the future of AI by providing expert-level insights and feedback.

What You’ll Do

  • Help train AI models by solving and explaining complex programming problems
  • Create and answer computer science-related questions to improve model performance
  • Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to enhance AI-generated responses

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in both Spanish and English
  • Excellent writing skills with strong grammar and technical communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Developer
  • Passion for problem-solving, teaching, or mentoring through technical explanations
  • Interest in AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies
