This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being a trusted right-hand and thrives in a busy legal environment. You’ll support a practice group while taking ownership of scheduling, travel coordination, document preparation, and a broad range of executive and administrative responsibilities. What You’ll Do

  • Oversee attorney calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including full itinerary planning.
  • Draft, proofread, and finalize correspondence, legal documents, and presentation materials.
  • Handle expense processing, invoicing, and related administrative functions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff.
  • Support billing cycles and time entry processes.
  • Manage confidential projects and ad hoc responsibilities with sound judgment and care.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of three years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle competing demands.
  • Solid command of Microsoft Office and document management platforms.
  • Clear, polished written and verbal communication.
  • A discreet, professional demeanor and sharp attention to detail.
