We have a high-visibility strategic assessment opportunity for a healthcare organization evaluating how best to leverage its investments in both Genesys and Epic. The engagement will focus on identifying the optimal platform ownership model across overlapping capabilities, with a significant emphasis on contact center strategy, operations, and patient experience.

We are seeking senior SMEs with deep, hands-on expertise in Genesys Cloud CX, IVR, omnichannel routing, workforce engagement management, quality monitoring, call recording, conversational AI, digital channels, CRM integrations, and contact center transformation. On the Epic side, expertise is needed in Cheers, Patient Access, MyChart, scheduling, registration, referrals, telephony/contact center integrations, and patient engagement workflows.

The client is looking for an objective, business-driven assessment that balances technology capabilities, operational efficiency, user experience, and long-term platform strategy. Consultants must be able to engage both business and technical stakeholders, evaluate overlapping functionality, and provide clear recommendations on where each platform delivers the greatest value.

A consultant with significant experience across both Genesys and Epic would be highly desirable. However, we anticipate the need for separate domain experts unless a uniquely qualified dual-platform resource can be identified.

This is a competitive opportunity with strong executive visibility and the potential to influence the client’s future contact center and patient engagement roadmap.

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
