Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to design, build, and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions that drive business success.

Full Time Only – PLEASE NO C2C!!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Design scalable integrations using REST APIs, Boomi, SSO, APIGEE, and Kafka.
  • Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions from design through production.
  • Mentor developers, provide technical leadership, and resolve complex production and integration issues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years of Salesforce development.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with Service Cloud and Experience (Community) Cloud.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives across cross-functional teams.
