Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Google Dialogflow CX Developer with strong expertise in Google Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, Google NLP, and Conversational AI to design and develop enterprise-grade conversational experiences for a large-scale digital transformation initiative.
Location: Bethpage, NY (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Design and develop conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow CX and Google NLP
- Build intent-based dialogue flows for enterprise virtual assistants and chatbot applications
- Develop and integrate REST APIs with conversational workflows using JSON
- Utilize Vertex AI to enhance NLP capabilities and conversational intelligence
- Design conversation flows, wireframes, and user journeys using Figma and Miro
- Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to deploy and manage conversational applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX designers, and development teams to deliver scalable chatbot solutions
- Maintain project documentation using JIRA and Confluence
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve conversational AI performance
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and production support
Mandatory Skills:
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX
- Strong experience in Intent-Based Dialogue Design
- Google NLP and Vertex AI expertise
- Conversational Flow Design using Figma and/or Miro
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- API Development & Integration
- JSON
- JIRA & Confluence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
What We’re Looking For:
A highly skilled Google Dialogflow CX Developer who can design, develop, and deploy enterprise conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow CX, Vertex AI, and Google Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in dialogue design, API integration, conversational UX, and stakeholder collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google CES Certification
- Experience with Prompt Engineering
- JavaScript programming experience
- Experience working with cloud-native architectures
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
