Design and packaging company seeks a motivated Executive Assistant who is ready to take ownership, grow with the company, and be an integral part of our success story. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team

• Assist in the coordination of retail and wholesale operations

• Support design initiatives and administrative functions

• Help drive marketing and sales efforts with a creative edge

• Manage scheduling, communications, and follow-ups with precision

• Contribute to presentations, reports, and design projects using computer-based tools

• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role

• Strong background in retail, wholesale, and design environments

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Mac and Windows platforms

• Skilled in IT support and computer-based design tools is mandatory

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in business, and COMPUTER SCIENCE preferred

• DESIGN BACKGROUND VERY HELPFUL (MAC AND APPLE PRODUCTS)
