Household Assistant / Family Assistant (Part-time, W2)

Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented household assistant / family assistant with previous household assistant and housekeeping experience to support our busy family of 3.

This is a part-time role of about 18–26 hours per week, with 4–6 hour shifts. Current scheduling needs may fall on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and we’re flexible in creating a consistent weekly schedule for the right person.

This role starts with household support and light childcare. We’d love to find someone who is interested in a long-term role and could grow with our family over time if it’s a great fit.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and resetting high-traffic areas
• Kitchen reset, dishes, counters, vacuuming, and mopping
• Laundry folding, putting away, and household organization
• Errands and simple household support
• Nearby driving support for family activities
• Light pet care
• Light childcare while we work from home

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, calm, and trustworthy
• Comfortable with hands-on cleaning and household upkeep
• Comfortable with light childcare; prior childcare experience is a plus
• Experienced in household assistant and housekeeping roles
• Has a safe, reliable vehicle and clean driving record
• Interested in a long-term role with a family

Position details:

• Paid by payroll twice a month, on the 10th and 25th
• Starting at $30/hour
• Mileage reimbursement included
• Paid sick time
• Background check required
