Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Express, ensuring responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate efficient communication between distributed services.
• Build scalable systems leveraging microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS to support high-volume traffic.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to plan, develop, test, and deploy software solutions using CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub, GitLab, or SVN.
• Apply best practices in software engineering, including design patterns and system design principles for reliable application development.
• Write clean, maintainable code in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or Ruby on Rails while adhering to version control standards.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolve bugs promptly and optimize performance across Linux-based environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of web development technologies and application programming interfaces (APIs).
• Hands-on knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript, Java, Python, C++, or Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts such as cloud infrastructure (AWS), Linux environments, and scalable system design.
• Experience working within Agile software development methodologies to deliver iterative improvements efficiently.
• Strong grasp of database management using SQL-based systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL for data storage solutions.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git or SVN for collaborative code management.
• Understanding of software design patterns, RESTful API principles, microservices architecture, and scalability considerations.

Pay: $74,881.09 - $90,179.38 per year
