Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Develop and maintain a product backlog by working closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and requirements.
- Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings, status updates, and reporting.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and its applications in software development.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum framework.
