Our challenge

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer (Generative AI) to lead the development of enterprise-scale solutions focused on document summarization and conversational AI across multiple lines of business. This role requires a strong technical leader who can design, build, and implement scalable GenAI applications while collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors..

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Hudson, NJ is $90k-$105/year & benefits (see below)..

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions
• Build summarization engines and chatbot applications
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and resolve complex issues
• Ensure compliance with Model Governance and Model Risk Management standards
• Partner with business, IT, and external teams for successful delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering Generative AI projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Core Skills

• LLMs: GPT, LLaMA
• Agentic AI / orchestration: MCP, LangGraph
• Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex
• Evaluation tools: RAGAS, LangSmith, Phoenix/Arize
• Backend: Python, REST APIs, FastAPI, WebSockets
• Data Stores: Redis, MongoDB
• Frontend: Angular (preferred)

Preferred Experience

• Model Governance and Model Risk Management
• Big data/distributed technologies: Spark, Kafka, Hadoop/Hive, Slurm, Neo4j
• Finance domain experience
• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline preferred
