Senior Software Engineer/AI Engineer:

Main responsibilities and Opportunities:

• Design and build REST APIs using FastAPI with clean architecture and modular.
• Containerize and deploy services with Docker and orchestration platforms; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Set up observability: logging, metrics, tracing, health checks, rate limiting
• Optimize for latency, cost, and token efficiency
• Production FastAPI services powering LLM applications
• Observable, cost-efficient infrastructure with clear metrics
• Measurable improvements in latency and developer experience
• Documented APIs and reliable deployments

Qualifications, work experience:

Technical Skills:

• 5–7 years Python backend development
• Strong FastAPI experience (or Flask/Starlette + willingness to migrate)
• Production API development and operation
• Docker containerization
• SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs (SQLAlchemy)
• REST API design, async programming, concurrency patterns
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Soft Skills:

• End-to-end ownership mindset
• Strong documentation and communication
• Comfortable with incident response and performance tuning
