Role Description The AI Academic Research and Drafting Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position involves conducting academic and technical research on AI and embedded systems, reviewing scholarly articles, and synthesizing complex information into clear, well-structured documents. The specialist will draft research papers, technical reports, training materials, and presentations, ensuring they meet academic and industry standards. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with engineering and training teams, supporting proposal development, preparing educational content, and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear academic and technical writing and effective verbal communication.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, evaluate research findings, and draw logical conclusions.
- Candidates should possess relevant Education, such as a degree in Computer Science, Electronics, AI, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Candidates should possess Research skills, including literature review, methodology design, and citation management.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as creating instructional materials, supporting workshops, and explaining complex concepts in accessible language.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, embedded systems, and academic publishing standards is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with documentation tools, reference managers, and presentation software is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
