Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of projects to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, contractors, and suppliers
• Manage project schedules, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues
• Oversee project budgets and financial performance, tracking costs and ensuring alignment with estimates
• Perform site visits and inspections for quality and safety compliance
• Prepare and manage technical documentation including drawings and contracts
• Ensure projects meet all safety, regulatory, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management, or a related discipline
• Proven project management experience with 5+ years in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects with budgets of $10M or more
• Strong financial management and scheduling skills
• Effective communication skills to align diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency with engineering tools such as Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
• Preferred credentials include PMP certification, P.E. license, Lean or Six Sigma expertise, or an advanced degree
