Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Modern UI Development, and ServiceNow Custom Application Development. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll actively code, review pull requests, mentor developers, and lead the delivery of AI-powered enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable balancing individual contributor responsibilities while leading and mentoring a development team.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Architect, or Senior Lead Developer
• Hands-on expertise in Custom Application Development
• Strong experience in Scripted API Integrations
• Expert-level JavaScript development
• Hands-on experience with UI Builder or Angular-based JavaScript development
• Experience building AI-enabled enterprise applications
• Strong coding, debugging, and code review skills
• Experience mentoring development teams
• Agentic AI Experience (Must Have)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Agentic AI solutions.
• Build and enhance custom enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain Scripted API integrations.
• Design AI-powered UI experiences using modern frontend technologies.
• Build and review high-quality, scalable code.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
• Guide the team on AI-native architecture and development best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead technical discussions and resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Contribute as a hands-on developer while driving technical excellence across the team.

Note: We are looking for hands-on Tech Leads, not candidates who have moved into purely managerial roles. Recent project experience should clearly demonstrate active coding, scripting, and technical leadership.
