Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer who can transform ideas into compelling stories. The ideal candidate should have experience in advertising or creative agencies and be capable of writing engaging content for digital campaigns, brand films, social media, websites, and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content and campaign ideas for brands across digital and offline platforms.
• Write compelling ad copies, social media captions, taglines, headlines, scripts, and website content.
• Create long-form content including blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters, and brand stories.
• Write scripts for brand films, corporate videos, digital ads, reels, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Designers, Motion Graphic Artists, Video Editors, and Account Managers to execute campaigns.
• Understand client briefs and convert them into engaging, brand-focused communication.
• Ensure all content aligns with each client’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to develop insightful content.
• Incorporate SEO best practices where applicable.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to enhance research and productivity while maintaining originality and creativity.

Required Skills

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Exceptional storytelling, creative writing, and copywriting skills.
• Strong understanding of advertising, branding, and digital marketing.
• Ability to write across multiple industries and adapt to different brand voices.
• Experience in scriptwriting for digital and video content.
• Strong research and editing skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, social media content, website copy, blogs, scripts, or marketing communication is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with content strategies for social media platforms.
• Understanding of branding, consumer behavior, and campaign ideation.
• Experience with AI-powered content tools and collaborative creative workflows.
