About the role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. You will directly support three of our executives while working with various departments. This is a highly visible position that works with the studio to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Managing executive calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Arranging travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel and preparing itineraries
- Overseeing general office processes, such as ordering supplies, watering plants and going on runs
Qualifications
- Industry experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills to manage time, coordinate calendars and prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion
The pay range for this role is:
1,000 - 1,000 USD per week(Pasadena HQ)
