Scheduling Coordinator/Admin Assistant

Who We Are:

Mr Grout specialises in shower sealing services, revolving around grout work. The scheduling office is based in Leura and is the first point of call for customers. We have a small team of schedulers, who book appointments for sales people and technicians in Brisbane and Gold Coast. There is no face to face interaction with customers, and we are predominately using cloud based systems.

About the role:

We are looking for a supporting role to our Scheduling Coordinators. You will be the first point of customer contact and will have a focus on actioning enquiries. You will be liaising with customers, sales people and technicians, assisting with creating quotes, scheduling technicians days, taking payments via an eftpos machine, and issuing invoices. This is a fast paced role, with a need to meet and smash sales targets. Trade background preferred but not essential. This a work from home situation once confident however must be able to travel to Wentworth Falls for training and until you are able to comfortably work from home.

Ideal Candidate: Bright, friendly attitude, confident, customer service experience, attention to detail, knowledge in trades would be beneficial. Ability to work autonomously, experience in achieving targets, casual role, Monday-Friday. Office hours are 8am - 5pm.

Job Type: Casual.

Hours: 2.5 days every week and to cover sick/annual leave. With the potential to move to full time at the end of year.

Wage: $35 an hour.
