Senior Manager, Network Programs

Our client is seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to lead member engagement, educational programming, and key initiatives designed to enhance the experience and retention of an elite investor community. This role sits at the intersection of operations, content strategy, relationship management, and program development, overseeing a broad range of initiatives beyond the core deal execution process.

Key responsibilities include managing recurring deal-related programming, developing and executing educational content, coordinating expert speakers, and creating programming around topics such as AI-driven investor workflows, tax-efficient investment strategies, family office best practices, and life after liquidity events. The individual will help shape the member experience by identifying relevant trends, building thoughtful programming calendars several months in advance, and ensuring content remains timely and valuable.

The ideal candidate will have 4–7+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, strategic partnerships, project management, or a similarly analytical and client-facing environment. Successful candidates will be operationally strong, intellectually curious, comfortable discussing technical topics, and capable of translating complex industry trends into engaging member experiences. A pure marketing background is less relevant than someone who combines strategic thinking, execution, and strong business judgment.

The position offers flexibility on level, with the potential to hire at the Senior Manager or Director level for the right candidate. Compensation ranges from approximately $145,000–$180,000 base salary plus a target bonus of 15%. The role is based in-office five days per week.
