Eaumito is a family-led venture studio. We are building a portfolio of early-stage businesses across local services, e-commerce, and professional services.

Our current focus is turning ideas into revenue-generating systems. This includes growing Eaumito Cleaning in Los Angeles, supporting e-commerce brands like Tao’s Core Collection, and organizing the operations behind our broader venture studio.

We are a small, early-stage team looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable helping build structure from the ground up.

Role Description

This is a contract-to-hire, temporarily remote role for a Growth & Operations Assistant. The role will begin with a paid trial focused on helping a family-led venture studio organize operations, support local service growth, track leads, assist with customer follow-up, and improve day-to-day execution.

You will help with research, outreach tracking, basic operations, customer coordination, task organization, and light e-commerce support. The goal is to help the team move faster, stay organized, and turn business opportunities into clear action.

As the company grows, this role may transition into a longer-term part-time or full-time role with expanded responsibilities, including operations coordination and team support.

Responsibilities

• Research local leads and potential customers for Eaumito Cleaning
• Build and maintain lead lists, outreach trackers, and follow-up systems
• Help organize daily and weekly business priorities
• Support customer communication, scheduling, and basic service coordination
• Assist with simple market research for e-commerce products
• Help improve workflows across the venture studio
• Track progress, blockers, and revenue opportunities
• Support the founders with execution, accountability, and organization

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Comfortable with excel, research, and admin tools
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently in a small-business/startup environment
• Comfortable with outreach, lead tracking, and customer support
• Interest in entrepreneurship, local services, e-commerce, or operations
• Prior experience in startups, operations, sales support, admin support, or customer service is a plus
• Shopify, Squarespace, Canva, Hubspot, Slack, Zapier or similar experience is a plus
• Los Angeles-based candidates preferred, but not required during the remote phase

The right person is someone who can take unclear ideas, organize them into simple action steps, and help keep projects moving.

Compensation

This role will begin as a paid contract trial, with the potential to become a longer-term part-time/full-time role as the business grows.
