Title: Lead Guidewire Claim Center Integration Developer

Location: New York, NY (Day one onsite)

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, delivery, and support of Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations and services.

• Oversee multiple development and maintenance teams, including onshore and offshore resources, across concurrent technical workstreams.

Must have skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development.

• Proven ownership and support of production Guidewire ClaimCenter platforms and associated integration ecosystems.

Strong technical leadership experience managing teams of 10–20 engineers across onshore and offshore models.

• Deep knowledge of P&C insurance, with a preference for commercial insurance domain experience

• Certification: Associate/ ACE certification is required

Technical Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development.

• Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead delivering at least two end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations within commercial insurance.

• Proven ownership and support of production Guidewire ClaimCenter platforms and associated integration ecosystems.

• Strong technical leadership experience managing teams of 10–20 engineers across onshore and offshore models

• Expert-level experience with Guidewire APIs, data model, product models, and integration frameworks

• Hands-on expertise with Java, GOSU, J2EE, XML, Web Services, and relational databases (SQL Server preferred)

• Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, Git, code coverage, scanning tools (e.g., SonarQube), and DevSecOps principles.

• Guidewire ClaimCenter ACE Certification required.

• Guidewire Cloud migration experience is preferred.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Deep knowledge of P&C insurance, with a preference for commercial insurance domain experience
