We are actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise initiatives while working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong functional expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience driving large-scale projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular status updates.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project governance activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive process improvements and support change management initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Functional Project Management.
• Strong experience managing enterprise-level projects across business and technology teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Candidates must be local to Indianapolis, IN or willing to relocate before joining.
