Most Executive Assistant roles are about managing calendars.
This isn’t one of them.
I’m looking for a highly driven, exceptionally organized, and proactive Right Hand to Founder who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to help build something extraordinary.
Trouvaille Imports is a luxury importer of authentic antique architectural pieces, vintage gardens, specimen trees, and one-of-a-kind finds sourced from around the world. We are in a pivotal stage of growth, and this role will be instrumental in helping scale the business.
This isn’t a 9-to-5 mindset. It’s an ownership mindset.
What You’ll Do
* Serve as the founder’s strategic right hand and thought partner.
* Keep priorities moving without being asked.
* Manage projects from idea to execution.
* Coordinate vendors, contractors, designers, and clients.
* Build systems and improve operations.
* Ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
* Lead communication and follow-up across the organization.
* Help oversee our showroom, warehouse, and team operations.
* Anticipate needs before they become problems.
* Protect the founder’s time while helping move the company forward.
