Job Description
Executive Assistant Office Manager (Up to $115k)
Growing firm based in West Los Angeles is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings
- Arranging travel and preparing expense reports
- Ordering office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring office cleanliness
- Setting up for meetings
- Restocking supplies and tracking inventory
- Ordering lunches
- Overseeing vendor management
- Communicating with the building management
- Assisting with ad hoc needs, including recruiting tasks, light bookkeeping, etc.
- Supporting special projects
In addition to a competitive base salary ($100k-$115k, DOE), the firm offers strong benefits and a discretionary bonus. The team is on a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of related admin/office support experience
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- Excellent writing skills
- High level of polish and professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
