Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Java / Agentic AI) to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications by combining strong Java backend expertise with modern Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable applications, integrating AI capabilities, and delivering secure, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs .
• Build AI-powered applications leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and Agentic AI concepts.
• Develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents with multi-step reasoning, tool invocation, and prompt engineering capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure application security, governance, monitoring, and production readiness through CI/CD pipelines and best engineering practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code while following modern software engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Object-Oriented Design .
• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI into enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of Python for AI/ML workloads.
• Experience with function calling, tool invocation, prompt engineering, and context/memory management .
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes , and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure .
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines , automated testing, and deployment processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React.js or Angular .
• Knowledge of conversational AI platforms.
• Familiarity with AI observability, governance, and Responsible AI frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in Agile environments.
