About the Client:

A leading executive search firm who hold a strong reputation within the marketplace. They have cultivated a professional, yet friendly working environment and are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to join their team!

About the Team Assistant role:

This is a newly created role and will combine executive assessment coordination with broader administrative support. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting with assessment coordination
• Briefing candidates
• Managing the assessment schedule
• Maintaining the assessment system, ensuring that all data is recorded accurately
• Proofreading materials
• Supporting with ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Assisting the EA team with ad-hoc projects

Candidate Specification:

• Some previous administrative experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible, able to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work across multiple teams
• Proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude

Additional Information:

• Salary £30-35K, dependent on experience plus excellent benefits!
• West End office location
• Hybrid working model
• Core hours of 9am - 6pm
