The Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering large‑scale projects while upholding the company’s values of ownership, teamwork, and proactive problem‑solving. Job Description

• Lead $10M+ design‑build and complex construction projects from start to finish
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and internal teams
• Oversee project budgeting, cost controls, scheduling, and risk management
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration
• Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they impact cost or schedule
• Drive decision‑making while maintaining alignment with company goals and client expectations
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards
• As a Senior Project Manager, take full ownership of outcomes while leveraging leadership support
• The Senior Project Manager is expected to operate independently while collaborating closely with executives and peers

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction related field (Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture).
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Having multi-family experience.
• Software experience in Bluebeam, Procore, Timberline.
• A non-jumpy candidate.
• Team player, outgoing personality who has the ability/experience to work closely and talk with candidates.
• Negotiating and relationship management skills.
• True leadership experience managing teams.
• Multi-tasking with a sense of urgency while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
