Job Description
Paediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant
*Central Coast NSW Work from Home & Face-to-Face Full-Time or Part-Time*At Little Gems OT we believe in more than just good therapy…we believe in creating a workplace where you feel seen, supported, and inspired.
We’re a small, growing paediatric OT service with a big heart. We value people - both the families we support and the team we work alongside. And we know that when therapists feel valued, they do their best work (and have more energy for life beyond work too).
So if you’re after a role where your growth and wellbeing are just as important as KPIs… where flexibility is real (not just a buzzword)… and where you’re trusted to shape a role that fits your life, this might be the one!
What makes this role different?
- Flexibility in hours and scheduling - we will work together to create a schedule that fits your life
- Individualised supervision & mentorship that grows with you, not just a cookie-cutter model
- Manageable, meaningful caseloads - with time to actually plan, reflect, and grow
- No unrealistic productivity targets - just quality, thoughtful therapy that makes a difference
- Support for special interests and CPD
- A warm, values-led team culture where authenticity is encouraged
Who we’re looking for:
- A genuine interest in paediatrics and helping kids thrive
- Solid communication, compassion, and reliability
- Driver’s license, current Working With Children Check, and confidence travelling locally
We know the job market is busy, but we’re not just offering a job. We’re offering a role where you can be yourself, feel supported, and grow in the direction you choose.
If that sounds like something you’re ready for, send us your CV and a short cover letter to [email protected], or get in touch if you’d like to chat more before applying.
Big hearts welcome here
