Job Description:

The Intermarket Coordinator manages multi-location furniture projects, serving as the main contact from quote through completion to help ensure projects meet client expectations, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily installation schedules.
• Maintain electronic job folders from start to finish.
• Prepare labor quotes and job packages.
• Prepare warehouse paperwork, including pull lists and receivers.
• Verify service requests against job package details.
• Schedule pre-install meetings to confirm scope and timelines.
• Review labor purchase orders and quotes for accuracy.
• Identify and resolve missing items before installation.
• Send daily post-installation reports.
• Send punch list notifications and return forms for disposition.
• Invoice and support collections as needed.
• Provide small labor quotes.
• Execute administrative responsibilities, including filing, document reproduction, spreadsheet preparation, telephone support, and delivery scheduling.

Qualifications:

• Industry knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
