Web Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team and design visually engaging, high-performing websites for sports, entertainment, corporate, and live events. The ideal candidate should have experience creating modern, responsive websites that deliver exceptional user experiences while effectively promoting events, increasing registrations, and driving ticket sales.

The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, creative, and event management teams to design websites that reflect our brand identity and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing, responsive websites for sports, entertainment, and corporate events.
• Create event landing pages optimized for registrations, ticket sales, and lead generation.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interface designs.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and compatible across all major browsers and devices.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to implement branding, promotional campaigns, and event updates.
• Optimize website performance, page speed, SEO, and user experience.
• Design engaging UI/UX that maximizes visitor engagement and conversion rates.
• Integrate event registration platforms, ticketing systems, payment gateways, and CRM tools where required.
• Maintain and update company websites with new events, schedules, galleries, sponsors, and announcements.
• Ensure websites follow accessibility standards and modern web design best practices.
• Troubleshoot website issues and implement improvements based on analytics and user feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and design tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5+ years of experience designing and developing websites.
• Proven experience designing websites for event management, sports, entertainment, hospitality, or marketing agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive, and high-converting websites.
• Proficiency in:
• Figma
• Adobe XD
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or similar CMS platforms.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.
• Experience integrating third-party tools such as event registration, ticketing, payment gateways, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience designing websites for sports tournaments, football events, concerts, exhibitions, conferences, or large-scale public events.
• Knowledge of animation libraries, motion graphics, or interactive web experiences.
• Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Basic knowledge of React, Next.js, or modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
