Senior AI Engineer

The Role

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that enhance associate workflows and customer interactions.
• Contribute to the north star platform architecture, refining diagrams and canonical APIs for agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and multi-tenant policy enforcement.
• Evaluate and integrate agentic frameworks to meet enterprise SLAs, aiming for 90% adoption in new applications.
• Craft an end-to-end GenAI SDK, CLI, and starter kits to accelerate secure, observable agentic workflow development.
• Establish central guardrail services including prompt firewalls, content filters, and audit APIs to ensure system safety and trust.
• Collaborate with architects to optimize orchestration for performance, reducing per-token spend and accelerating innovation through proofs of concept.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI with at least 8 years of experience in AI/ML development.
• 8+ years of experience programming in Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
• 8+ years of experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or private cloud).
• 2+ years of experience with Agentic Frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen).
• 2+ years of experience with LLMOps (Google Cloud Vertex AI, Amazon SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams and influence stakeholders.
