Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

About the Role

Our Founder will be based full-time in Irvine to launch a new venture and will relocate family members to the US. This role is a dedicated personal lifestyle assistant supporting the founder and family .

This position does NOT handle corporate business, executive administrative or company operational work.

The assistant will work on-site in our office space during standard hours to be readily available for personal family support. This is a non-live-in role.

Responsibilitie

• sCoordinate all household & personal matters for the founder and family: medical appointments, property management, home service vendors, insurance coordination
• .Manage children-related arrangements: school inquiries, extracurricular activities, transportation coordination
• .Plan domestic & international travel: flight, accommodation, ground transport, document & visa reminders
• .Organize personal shopping, recurring bills, expense tracking for household matters
• .Research local Bay Area service providers including education, healthcare, maintenance, catering
• .Maintain strict confidentiality of all private family information
• .Other personal lifestyle assignments requested by the founder

Requiremen

• tsAuthorized to work full-time in the United State
• s.Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandari
• n.Valid US driver’s license with clean driving recor
• d.Previous experience as personal assistant, lifestyle concierge or household support for high-net-worth individuals / executive
• s.Outstanding organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, strong attention to detai

• y.Able to work full-time on-site at our office location during scheduled business hour
• s.Comfortable navigating local Bay Area systems including education, healthcare and local service
