Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

Wagler & Associates is a well-known General Contracting company within the Tri-State area. We are currently looking to add to our team of Superintendents. Our Superintendents are asked to represent Wagler & Associates in a way that results in satisfied customers and completed projects on time and within budget. Job Summary:

• Oversee projects from start to finish in a full capacity
• Willingness to travel to the jobsite and stay out of town during the work week
• Maintain a schedule and budget throughout the project
• Service an already established customer base on regular basis to ensure their needs are being met
• Gather quotations and estimates as needed, while working alongside the estimating and purchasing department
• Assure that quality standards are met onsite
• Work directly with all Subcontractors and in-house labor

Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of construction materials and building practices
• A working knowledge of MS Office programs, specifically Excel and Word
• Familiarity with scheduling software
• Proficient in reading blueprints
• Ability to do material takeoffs using AutoCAD or blueprints a plus
• Able to work both in an office setting and onsite where safety is vital and weather may be extreme
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate in a genuine way

• Construction Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Project Supervision: 1 year (Preferred)
