Our client is looking for an experienced AI Product & Transformation leader to spearhead the development and implementation of strategic AI initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on identifying high-value opportunities and delivering AI-driven solutions that streamline operations, improve business performance, enhance customer experiences, and support organizational growth.

This position combines elements of product leadership, business transformation, and AI program execution. The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders across business functions, technology, analytics, and operations to transform strategic objectives into scalable AI-powered products and capabilities. From concept development through deployment and adoption, you will be responsible for ensuring measurable business impact.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise AI Transformation, this role serves as a highly visible senior individual contributor supporting leadership teams across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle of AI-powered solutions, from opportunity assessment and prioritization through implementation, scaling, and value realization.
• Convert business objectives into actionable product strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans with clearly defined success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts involving data science, engineering, operations, business stakeholders, and change management teams.
• Drive the design and implementation of AI and Generative AI applications, including intelligent automation, workflow augmentation, and customer-facing experiences.
• Collaborate with analytics and AI teams to operationalize machine learning models and ensure alignment with enterprise governance and data standards.
• Define business requirements, process flows, and data needs that support strategic transformation goals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and execution challenges.
• Partner with business leaders to redesign processes, quantify business impact, and support successful solution adoption.
• Leverage AI, data insights, and automation technologies to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Establish, monitor, and report performance metrics, KPIs, and OKRs tied to business outcomes.
• Develop business cases, track return on investment, and drive post-launch optimization efforts.
• Build consensus among stakeholders and influence decision-making across functions without direct management authority.
• Lead organizational readiness and change management activities to maximize adoption and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, business transformation, digital strategy, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success leading complex product initiatives and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience developing product strategies, managing roadmaps, and incorporating customer or stakeholder feedback into product evolution.
• Strong understanding of process optimization methodologies, journey mapping, outcome measurement, and performance management frameworks.
• Proven ability to work across diverse teams and manage cross-functional programs in large, complex organizations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and execute against aggressive timelines.

Compensation: $200,000 to $240,000 annually

Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
