Job Description
Company Description Agite.ai builds AI Sales Pods for founder-led B2B teams that want to increase pipeline without expanding sales headcount. These pods rely on digital sales employees to manage prospecting, outreach, reply handling, meeting booking, call preparation, CRM updates, and follow-up drafts. Sales teams retain ownership of live sales conversations, while Agite.ai ensures they arrive prepared, respond quickly, and maintain clean, up-to-date CRM data. This approach enables lean B2B teams selling high-ticket, consultative deals to spend more time closing and less time on administrative work. Agite.ai is designed for modern, efficiency-focused sales organizations that value technology-driven support.
Role Description The AI Implementation Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role oversees the end-to-end implementation of Agite.ai’s AI Sales Pods for B2B clients, from initial discovery through configuration, testing, and go-live. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering requirements, mapping customer workflows, coordinating with product and engineering teams, and configuring software to align with client sales processes. The AI Implementation Lead monitors performance, troubleshoots issues, and continuously refines deployments to improve customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. This role also involves training client teams, documenting best practices, and serving as a primary point of contact for implementation-related communication.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and optimize AI-driven workflows.
- Experience with software implementation, systems integration, and configuring SaaS solutions for B2B clients.
- Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction, with a track record of building trust and delivering successful implementations.

- Familiarity with sales operations, CRM platforms, and pipeline management in consultative, high-ticket B2B environments.
- Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
