We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing and Design Specialist to elevate our brand presence through compelling visual storytelling and strategic marketing initiatives. Duties

• Plan and manage social media content, including copy, graphics, short-form videos, comments, and performance tracking.
• Create marketing materials such as social media posts, event invitations, training and trade-show materials, website banners, product visuals, and dealer/contractor collateral.
• Maintain and update website content, including product info, news, promos, training events, and marketing resources.
• Support product launches, promotions, dealer trainings, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain the company’s brand asset library, including logos, product images, videos, templates, and digital files.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as designers, printers, photographers and videographers, and advertising partners.
• Review social media, website, and campaign results and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or advertising preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, social media, content creation, and website management.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar.
• Strong visual judgement, layout skills, attention to detail, and brand awareness.
• Able to manage multiple projects ina fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience in the HVAC industry highly preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
