Product Manager – Global Fixed Income Hedge Fund – Front Office AI Transformation Leader

A global fixed income hedge fund is seeking a Product Manager to lead front office AI transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of trading, technology, and product strategy, driving the adoption of intelligent tools and workflows across the front office.

What you’ll do

• Own the product roadmap for front office AI and automation initiatives, partnering directly with traders, portfolio managers, and quants
• Translate complex trading workflows into clear product requirements and measurable outcome
• Prioritize and deliver tools that improve execution, research, and decision-making across fixed income desks
• Act as the bridge between the trading floor and engineering, ensuring solutions are practical and adopted
• Define success metrics and iterate based on user feedback and trading performance

What you’ll bring:

• Strong knowledge of fixed income products, with mortgage trading or MBS experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within a hedge fund, bank, or trading technology environment
• Ability to speak the language of the trading floor while working fluently with engineers
• Track record of shipping products that drive real front office adoption
• Sharp prioritization skills and comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment
