Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, redesign processes, define requirements, and deliver technology solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Lead business systems initiatives and projects from planning through implementation, testing, rollout, change management, and adoption.
• Serve as the bridge between business users, technology teams, and external vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve analysis, documentation, project delivery, automation, and business processes while continuously building expertise across business functions and systems.
• Contribute in a hands-on, collaborative environment by managing priorities, mentoring junior resources, and supporting day-to-day project execution and operational needs.

Key Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in consulting, business systems, product management, or technology transformation, ideally within financial services or private equity.
• Strong business analysis, project management, and stakeholder management skills with experience translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Comfortable learning new technologies, working across business and IT, and leveraging AI to improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
