About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Content Strategist & Script Writer who understands consumer psychology and can create high-converting, scroll-stopping video concepts for influencers and UGC creators.

Your primary responsibility will be to research trends, generate fresh creative ideas, and write performance-driven scripts that not only perform organically but also scale profitably on Meta Ads.

If you can consistently come up with hooks that stop the scroll, scripts that increase watch time, and concepts that drive purchases—you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

·       Research viral trends across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads.

·       Develop fresh video concepts for new and existing product launches.

·       Write high-ROAS scripts for influencer marketing, UGC creators, founders, and performance ads.

·       Create multiple creative angles, hooks, and storytelling concepts for the same product.

·       Build scripts based on customer pain points, objections, emotions, and buying psychology.

·       Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to ensure creatives are optimized for conversions.

·       Analyze winning ad creatives and identify patterns that can be replicated.

·       Continuously test new messaging, formats, hooks, and CTAs to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

·       1–3 years of experience in content strategy, script writing, performance creative, or UGC scripting.

·       Experience working with D2C brands, preferably in skincare, beauty, or personal care.

·       Strong understanding of Meta Ads creatives and short-form video trends.

·       Ability to write scripts that balance engagement with sales.

·       Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.

·       Data-driven mindset with the ability to learn from creative performance.

·       Passion for social media, creator economy, and consumer behavior.

Bonus Points

·       Experience writing scripts that have generated high ROAS or scaled in paid advertising.

·       Knowledge of skincare ingredients, beauty trends, and consumer insights.

·       Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics like Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, Thumb Stop Ratio, CPA, and ROAS.
