Role & responsibilities
Core Focus Areas
- Own technical design and architecture for the team’s services and applications.
- Remain hands-on by contributing to complex features and production-critical code.
Drive Agentic AI, LLM and automation capabilities into products.
Ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, resilient and observable.
Lead technical planning, estimation and design reviews.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming and technical coaching.
Champion engineering standards, CI/CD, security and operational excellence.
- Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement after production incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation of scalable full-stack SaaS applications.
Own backend architecture using Node.js, Python and microservices.
Guide frontend architecture using Vue.js and TypeScript.
Design event-driven and API-first solutions.
Review pull requests and enforce coding standards.
Coach 510 engineers and grow technical capability within the team.
Partner with Product Managers to refine technical solutions.
Collaborate with DevOps on AWS, Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD.
Own production stability, performance optimization and incident resolution.
Drive AI-assisted development practices and engineering productivity. Contribute to architecture roadmaps and cross-team technical initiatives.
