Compensation: $180k–$220k base + competitive equity

About the role

Join a dynamic team as the first dedicated platform engineer, shaping product architecture that powers critical applications for web and mobile.

Drive the evolution of their AI system, working directly with a product integral to the leasing experience.

What You’ll Do

• Own the core platform API supporting web, admin, and mobile apps
• Enhance the LLM-powered chatbot functionality for end-users
• Boost CI/CD capabilities and system reliability
• Collaborate closely on feature development and product evolution
• Contribute across the stack, ensuring robust data models and third-party integrations

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years in building customer-facing products
• Strong foundation in Python and experience with small, high-performance teams
• Understanding of AI/LLM systems and PropTech is a plus
• Comfortable with rapid iteration and owning systems end-to-end
