About Celesnity 🇬🇧🇻🇳
Celesnity Ltd is a British AI startup building Minder AI, a voice-first operational intelligence platform for industrial frontline operations.
We are not building demo AI products. We are building systems used by real workers during real operational shifts.
Minder AI is already deployed in production at an industrial laundry facility in Phu Quoc, with additional deployments currently being scoped with a Tier 1 container port in Ho Chi Minh City.
Our long-term vision is to become the operational AI layer for frontline industries across logistics, manufacturing, ports, warehousing, and field operations.
We are currently pre-seed, raising £1M, with an 18-month roadmap toward Series A.
This is not a passive internship; it is a high-opportunity contract for future founders and committed builders. We are looking for talent who ambitiously solve problems and are ready to hustle and get their hands dirty to ship product at any cost. You will not be an intern, you will be a critical engineering team member, responsible for building up your technical skill by shipping real production features to real users.

Compensation: Unpaid
Successful interns at the end of the internship period reserve the right to be employed on a full-time basis at a rate of VND 30,000,000 - 70,000,000 per month once the fundraising cycle is completed.
How we select
Every applicant will receive a link to a technical challenge to be completed within 3 days. Final round will be an in-person interview with the Founders and Chief of Tech.
