What You’ll Do

• ⁠Vibe Code & Build: Rapidly prototype and develop features for web and mobile applications using a fluid, intuitive “vibe coding” approach.
• ⁠⁠Ship to the Cloud: Take ownership of deploying applications to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel, GCP) and ensuring they run smoothly in production.
• ⁠⁠Build with Business Sense: Deliver projects with a deep understanding of the why. You won’t just be handed tickets; you’ll need to understand how your code impacts the client’s bottom line and user experience.
• ⁠⁠Hunt for Solutions: Proactively research, experiment, and find technical solutions when you hit roadblocks, rather than waiting for instructions.
• ⁠⁠Brainstorm & Strategize: Actively participate in ideation sessions with the team (UI/UX, senior devs, PMs, clients) to figure out the best next steps and product directions.

What We’re Looking For

• ⁠ The “Vibe Coder” Mindset: You enjoy rapid building, experimenting with modern tools (including AI-assisted coding), and iterating quickly based on feedback.
• ⁠ ⁠Business Acumen: You think beyond the code. You understand that a technically “perfect” feature is useless if it doesn’t solve a business problem.
• ⁠ ⁠Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with programming (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Golang, etc.), web/mobile fundamentals, APIs, and databases.
• ⁠ Cloud Curiosity: Basic understanding of cloud deployment or a strong willingness to learn how to ship code to live servers.
• ⁠ A Proactive Problem-Finder: You are resourceful, use Google/AI well, and love figuring things out independently before asking for help.
• ⁠ Strong Communicator: Able to articulate your ideas clearly and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
