Role Description The Marketing Lead | EdTech | AI role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves planning and executing marketing strategies that promote AR GLOBAL HUB’s study abroad, coaching, and counseling services, with a focus on data-driven and AI-enabled approaches. The Marketing Lead will manage digital campaigns, social media presence, and content initiatives, while coordinating with counselors, operations, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging. Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing lead-generation funnels, and overseeing brand initiatives targeting students and parents. The role also requires staying updated on EdTech and AI trends, collaborating with external partners where needed, and contributing to overall business development goals.

Qualifications

• Strong background in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and campaign management, ideally within EdTech, education, or related sectors.
• Experience using AI-powered tools and analytics platforms for marketing automation, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in content development and communication, including social media copy, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders to drive student acquisition and engagement.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including team coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of international education trends, student recruitment, or study-abroad processes is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in digital marketing or AI tools are an advantage.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced on-site environment in Hyderabad, with a focus on ethical, inclusive, and learner-centric practices.
