We’re moving fast. Like, really fast. And we need someone who can keep up with our Founder & CEO while learning how to run a rocket ship.

This isn’t a typical assistant job. You’re not making copies or scheduling dentist appointments. You’re stepping into the nerve center of an A.I. company that’s about to blow up, with a clear path to Chief of Staff or another leadership role in months, not years.

If you’re smart, scrappy, and ready to prove what you’re capable of, this is your shot.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Own the CEO’s schedule — meetings, travel, priorities. Keep the machine running.
• Be the connector — liaison between CEO, team, investors, partners. You’re the glue.
• Track the competition — monitor A.I. news, competitors, industry moves. Keep us sharp.
• Throw events that matter — meetups, happy hours, networking in OC, LA, and SF.
• Handle confidential intel — you’ll know things before most people. Act accordingly.
• Anticipate and execute — solve problems before they exist. Move without being told.
• Jump on special projects — startups are unpredictable. Embrace it.
