Job Description
- Developing and implementing goals associated with the efficiency and quality of care
- Ensuring regulatory compliance for the company
- MUST have an advanced level and proficiency of MICROSOFT OFFICE. (will be competency tested)
- Preparing and monitoring budgets
- Recruiting, hiring, and scheduling employees
- Serving as a spokesperson for the company
- Develop systems using our propriety systems to streamline efficiency
- Lead weekly meetings for clients to discuss expectations and improvements in processes
- Very responsive monitoring over all of our systems
- Communicate all findings to the leadership team
- Must have excellent Microsoft Office use; specifically excel
- Salary dependant on experience
