Job Description
- Platform Maintenance: Assist in the monitoring, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of our Java-based SMS gateway services.
- Reporting & Data Enhancements: Develop, improve, and maintain internal web-based reports and data export features for operations and business intelligence.
- Database Operations: Write and optimize SQL queries (MySQL) and NoSQL queries (MongoDB) for reporting and data retrieval tasks.
- Tooling Support: Help build and support minor internal tools and scripts (using Java, Shell/Bash) to improve team efficiency.
- Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and update technical documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the support and infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve minor technical issues.
- Assist in office MIS: setups PC and email accounts assist in troubleshooting office MIS.
- Level 2 support for client: Troubleshoot technical issues for the SMS Gateway for operations team.
- Daily Data Backups: Assisting in generating daily data (will be automated) for billing and client reporting.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
