Role & responsibilities

• Technical Content Creation: Translate raw architectural notes, code insights, and whiteboard sketches into 34 highly engaging, structured LinkedIn posts per week focusing on enterprise AI (LLMOps, LangGraph multi-agent workflows, AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, RAG, and local inference).
• Visual Design: Create clean, professional architecture diagrams or carousels (using Figma, Canva, or Eraser) to accompany technical breakdowns.
• Monetization Funneling: Seamlessly weave Topmate consultation tiers into technical posts to drive high-intent CTOs, founders, and senior engineers to book 1:1 architecture reviews.
• Digital PR & Event Scouting: Research local and regional tech meetups (e.g., AWS User Group Hyderabad, T-Hub, developer clubs) and draft targeted cold pitches to event organizers to secure speaking slots.

Preferred candidate profile

• Deep Technical Comprehension: You must understand developer terminology (RAG, vector databases, pipeline parallelism) without stripping out the engineering depth.
• Executive Copywriting: Exceptional B2B writing skills tailored for Engineering Directors and Principal Engineers. No fluff, no excessive emojis, and no generic hooks.
• B2B Conversion Strategy: Proven track record of turning LinkedIn reach into booked inbound leads or monetized funnels.
• Portfolio Requirement: Must be able to provide 1-2 examples of technical B2B LinkedIn content written for a software engineer, CTO, or AI leader.
